How can I start a return or exchange?

We're as eager as you for your order to arrive! With that being said, it sounds like your order is still in transit.

As a reminder, it usually takes 5-7 business days for orders to arrive after processing time. If you haven't seen an update in tracking or it's been a little longer than this, don't fret. It's more normal than you think, and your package is still moving along the postal system. You can continue to track your order with the tracking number sent to your email. 

If you've lost this or it's been more than 14 days since your package shipped, let us know by clicking ' I need more help' below. Otherwise, hang tight!

Our orders ship out of our warehouse in 1-3 business days. After that, the delivery time varies by shipping method selected at checkout. We do not include weekends or holidays in our processing or shipping estimates. Some items may have an extended processing time, which will be noted under 'Add to Cart' on the product page.

Orders with standard shipping usually arrive in 5-7 business days once they have left the warehouse, if you’re based in the contiguous US. For international shipments, orders typically arrive in 3-4 weeks (or 21-28 business days). These are just estimates though, so if you've received your tracking information, don't fret - your package is on the way! 

Shipping cost will be determined at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What is your shipping policy?

Great question! Most of our items are unisex and fit true to size. You can find Size Charts and Sizing/Model Details on a majority of our product pages for more details. If you need more help, you can email hello@kinapparel.com with the item you're interested in and your measurements (chest, waist, hips).

P.S. Your weight isn't a good determinate of what size you should get. We all carry weight differently, and sizing varies from company to company. This is why we recommend using your measurements instead.

How do I pick the right size?

The short answer is...it depends on the item. 

We restock our core products throughout the year, but every drop is different because we're always working to improve our fabrics, creation, colors, etc. While we don’t have exact dates for restocks, we do our best to replenish when inventory is low. 

Seasonal colors and styles are rarely restocked once sold out. We produce seasonal collections in smaller quantities to avoid overproduction and waste (if you see a seasonal item you love, it’s best to jump on it!).

The best way to find out about our restocks is to click 'Notify When Available' on the product page and stay tuned on our Instagram.

When are you expecting a restock?

We offer a Welcome Discount. To receive it, you can sign up for our newsletters (we don't spam, we promise!). Otherwise, we offer Bundle Set discounts, which are automatically discounted on the product page.

If we're ever having a sale, we'll let you know on our site or Instagram, so stay tuned there!
