Order Processing
Our orders ship out of our warehouse in 2-3 business days. After that, the delivery time varies by shipping method selected at checkout. We do not include weekends or holidays in our processing or shipping estimates. Some items may have an extended processing time, which will be noted under 'Add to Cart' on the product page.
Standard Shipping
Orders with standard shipping usually arrive in 3-8 business days once they have left the warehouse. These are just estimates though, so if you've received your tracking information, don't fret - your package is on the way!
Shipping cost will be determined at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2-Day Shipping
Need it fast? We offer 2-day shipping. Cutoff times apply — see below:
Same-Day Shipment
Orders must be placed Monday–Friday before 6:00 AM EST to ship the same day.
Next Business Day Shipment
Orders placed Monday–Friday after 6:00 AM EST will ship the next business day.
⚠️ Important: 2-day shipping orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Holiday Processing Times
During high-volume shopping events, additional processing time is required. Please plan accordingly when placing orders around the following dates:
Affected Holidays:
- Black Friday
- Cyber Monday
- Christmas
- New Year
- Special Sales
During these periods, processing time is extended to 3–5 business days. We appreciate your patience and are working hard to get every order out as quickly as possible.
Tip: We recommend placing holiday orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Please note we use the same tracking information we send to you, so we don't have any other detailed information to share.
Package Protection
- The best way to ensure your package is to select KIN's Package Protection at checkout. If your package is lost in transit, stolen or damaged, we'll cover it! If your order has been shipped out of our warehouse, a good faith effort has been made to deliver your order. We will not be able to refund or replace your order without Package Protection added.
- We do not guarantee the free replacement or refunds of orders that are incorrectly delivered or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address. These orders can be replaced if the customer pays an additional reshipment fee.
- Package protection is not currently available for international orders.
