What is your international shipping policy?Updated a day ago

Our orders ship out of our warehouse in 1-3 business days. After that, the delivery time varies by shipping method selected at checkout. We do not include weekends or holidays in our processing or shipping estimates. 

For international shipments, orders typically arrive in 3-4 weeks (or 21-28 business days). These are just estimates though, so if you've received your tracking information, hang tight - your order may arrive sooner or slightly later than expected.

Shipping cost will be determined at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your duties and taxes can be paid at checkout (DDP), which we highly recommend as shipping DDU often delays shipments and can increase the risk of loss during transit.

If you've lost this information, you can track your order here with the email you used to place it. Please note we use the same tracking information we send to you, so we don't have any other detailed information to share.

Important notice for all orders placed during Early Black Friday, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Christmas season:

Due to the exceptionally high order volume and pre-sales during the holidays, our current fulfillment and shipping times are longer than usual. Orders are currently taking 3–15 business days to process (compared to our regular 2–3 business days). Shipping may take longer due to carrier volume.

Important Holiday Delivery Information

Due to extremely high demand and carrier limitations during the peak holiday season, all orders placed on or after December 15, 2025, will not arrive before Christmas (December 25, 2025).

  • We currently offer only standard shipping, with no expedited options available.
  • Shipping times are estimates and can be significantly impacted by factors outside our control, including carrier volume, weather, or other delays.
  • Even orders placed earlier may experience delays, but we strongly recommend shopping as soon as possible for the best chance of timely delivery.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships—please monitor it for the latest updates.

For the most accurate carrier holiday deadlines, we recommend checking directly with services like USPS, UPS, or DHL on their official websites.
