Your new order will be shipped after we receive and process your returned items (this can take 7-14 business days once delivered). You'll receive an order and shipping confirmation email like your original email, but if you need any assistance or an update, email us at [email protected]. Your exchange order will ship with standard shipping, so it'll take about 3-5 business days to arrive. 

Please note that when an exchange is processed, the items you wish to exchange for are not held. This means that the sooner you return the original items the better! If your desired items sell out, you'll be given store credit automatically instead.
