What should I do if my order tracking says 'Delivered' but I haven't received my package?Updated 7 months ago

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, please take the following steps:

1. Confirm your full shipping address to ensure that the delivery location is correct.
2. Check all potential delivery locations at your address. Look around your porch, garage, and other places where it could be placed.
3. Ask your neighbors if they might have received your package by accident.
4. Allow 14 days from the 'delivered' date for the package to show up. Sometimes shipping carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive.

After you've taken these steps, if the package still does not show up within the 14-day window, please contact us again, and we will proceed with the next steps which may include filing a claim with the carrier or assisting you with our Package Protection if you opted for it at the time of your order.

Please note that in the case of any wonkiness with shipping or delivery issues, a good faith effort has been made by us to ship your goods. Unfortunately, if you opted out of KIN's Package Protection, we might be unable to assist with a replacement or refund, as per our policy. That said, you can still contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
