What should I do if my order tracking says 'Delivered' but I haven't received my package?Updated 5 hours ago
Yikes! Before you install security cameras by your front door, please know that most of the time when this happens, the carrier simply hasn’t scanned your package properly. It is very likely still on its way to you.
We do have an action plan in case you don’t get your goods:
- Confirm your full shipping address to ensure that the delivery location is correct.
- Check all potential delivery locations at your address. Look around your porch, garage, and other places where it could be placed.
- Check around your home and with your neighbors - we know this might be uncomfortable, by 60% of the time, packages are with neighbors!
- Allow 14 days from your shipment date (if shipped to the contiguous US) and 21 days (if heading to internationally) to receive your package.
- If you don't receive your package within 14/21 days after its ship date, please let us know at [email protected].
More often than not, the package does show up within this window, so please don't fret!
After you've taken these steps, if the package still does not show up within the 14-day window, please contact us again, and we will proceed with the next steps which may include filing a claim with the carrier or assisting you with our Package Protection if you opted for it at the time of your order.
P.S. Please note that a good faith effort has been made by KIN to ship your goods, and your order has been marked as delivered in the carrier's tracking system. If you have any additional questions, you can contact USPS here. We will not process a refund unless sufficient evidence has been produced regarding the missing order. All refunds will be given according to store policy, and any orders without package protection will not be covered.
While we understand these requests come with a sense of urgency, please do not send multiple requests as this will only delay our response.
