What quality control is done for returns?Updated a year ago
We inspect all returns for any signs of wear, damage or misuse.
As per our Return Policy, we are not able to accept returns for items that are worn, damaged, or missing any tags. If our Quality Assurance team finds that your suit has been visibly worn or damaged, your preferred Return method may be adjusted as per this policy.
