Don’t love your KIN? We’re here to help! Please note, KIN's Return policy is subject to change depending on the terms and conditions of any promotions at the time of purchase. We recommend referring to any sale terms prior to purchase to confirm return eligibility.

Here’s what to know about our International Return Policy:

  • You have 30 days from your delivery date to initiate a return.
  • International returns are not free. The cost of the label will be deducted from your return credit in the returns portal.
  • We do not offer exchanges for international customers at this time. If you are interested in purchasing something else, you'll need to process a return and place a new order.
  • Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with any and all tags intact.
  • All returns are reviewed by our Quality Assurance team and can take 14-21 business days to process after being marked as delivered.
  • Make sure to request a return receipt with the carrier as we are unable to refund lost shipments without proof of drop-off.
  • All shipping costs on your original order (which include duties and taxes) are non-refundable.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Our satin pillowcases, satin headrest covers, satin scrunchies, satin headbands and brushes are final sale because of the nature of the product. We do not accept returns for those items. 
  • Refunds are only issued to store credit. We do not process cash or card refunds.
  • Did you receive the incorrect or a damaged item? Please submit the following to [email protected]:
    1. Order number 
    2. A written description of what you received 
    3. Images of the items and their barcodes using the paperclip icon    
    4. If your shipping box was also damaged (if applicable)
