What is your exchange policy?Updated 6 months ago

Before you get started, here are some things to keep in mind with exchanges:

  • If you're not just swapping your current style for a different size, you can click 'Shop for Something New' to return your item and have something else shipped out instead. If there is a price difference, you'll be asked to complete an invoice before confirming your exchange.
  • If you're hoping to exchange your item for another size or color, and you don't see the option you're looking for, it's because we're out of stock! In this case, you'll get store credit.
  • Please note that when an exchange is processed, the items you wish to exchange for are not held. This means that the sooner you return the original items the better! If your desired items sell out, you'll be given store credit automatically instead.
  • Exchanges are treated as final sale items. Once an exchange is processed, it is not eligible for further returns or exchanges. So, if you need help with sizing, please contact us first, and we'll get you sorted!
