What is KIN's Package Protection?Updated 6 months ago

KIN's Package Protection guarantees you peace of mind whether your package is lost, damaged or stolen. Once it is added to your order, you don't have to do anything else - if something happens to your order in transit, let us know, we'll investigate, and we'll aim to resolve the issue in 24 business hours. 

If you choose not to add KIN's Package Protection to your order, please note that we are not responsible for orders once they are shipped out of our warehouse and will not be able to provide a refund or replacement. A good faith effort has been made to deliver your order to you. Any issues that arise afterward are the responsibility of the carrier to resolve. You are always more than welcome and able to create a claim with the carrier yourself in these instances.
