To ensure your order is protected, we recommend adding KIN Package Protection at checkout. This optional coverage safeguards your purchase in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit. Below are the details of our policy:
Coverage Details
What’s Covered: If your package is lost in transit, stolen, or damaged after leaving our warehouse, KIN Package Protection ensures a replacement or refund, subject to the terms below.
Non-Covered Issues: Orders incorrectly delivered or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for free replacement or refunds. Replacements for such orders are possible only after the package is returned to us, and the customer covers the reshipment fee.
Policy Terms
Shipping Responsibility: Once an order has shipped from our warehouse, we consider a good-faith effort to deliver made. Without KIN Package Protection, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
One-Time Coverage: KIN Package Protection covers one replacement or refund per original order.
Non-Refundable Costs: The cost of KIN Package Protection (including applicable taxes) is non-refundable.
Refund Limitations: Refunds issued for orders with KIN Package Protection:
Are provided as store credit only (no cash or card refunds).
If an incorrect/incomplete address has been provided, the refund excludes shipping costs and taxes.
Out-of-stock inventory: If an item in your order is out of stock, we will ship the items that have inventory available and issue a refund for the items that are out of stock.
International Orders: KIN Package Protection is not currently available for international shipments.
