How do I check the status of my order?Updated 6 months ago

Easy! You can log into your KIN account to see if your order is processing or has shipped. You'll get two emails after your order has been placed - an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. With the shipping confirmation, you'll be able to follow your order’s progress right to your doorstep. 

It may take a few days for tracking to show movement, depending on the carrier and delays they are experiencing. Please note though that we don't have any different information than what's on your tracking. 

If you’ve misplaced your shipping confirmation email, you can always drop us a line at [email protected], and we’ll resend your tracking info. We’re excited for you to receive your KIN goodies!
