Great question! Most of our items are unisex and fit true to size. You can find Size Charts and Sizing/Model Details on a majority of our product pages for more details. If you need more help, you can email [email protected] with the item you're interested in and your measurements (chest, waist, hips).
The general gist is... select your usual size for the intended fit. If you want a tighter fit, size down one!
P.S. Your weight isn't a good determinate of what size you should get. We all carry weight differently, and sizing varies from company to company. This is why we recommend using your measurements instead.
