SHOP OUR CYBER MONDAY SALE

For every purchase placed from Friday, November 24th to Monday, November 27th, we will be donating $1. On Giving Tuesday, we will split this donation amongst two life-changing non-profit organizations: The Loveland Foundation and Girls Who Code.

The Loveland Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being for Black women and girls. Founded by activist and writer Rachel Cargle, the foundation strives to address the unique and overlooked barriers that Black women face in accessing mental health resources.

The Loveland Foundation's flagship initiative, the Loveland Therapy Fund, provides financial assistance to Black women and girls seeking therapy across the United States. By removing the financial burden associated with mental health care, the foundation aims to make healing and support more accessible. In addition to its therapy fund, the Loveland Foundation engages in advocacy, community outreach, and educational programs to raise awareness about the importance of mental health in the Black community. Through their work, they hope to create a more inclusive and supportive environment where Black women and girls can thrive emotionally and mentally.

Founded in 2012 by Reshma Saujani, Girls Who Code is dedicated to providing young women with the skills, resources, and support needed to thrive in the tech industry. By encouraging girls to pursue their interest in technology, Girls Who Code is actively reshaping the landscape of the tech industry, creating opportunities for a more diverse and inclusive future.

The organization runs innovative programming, including clubs and summer immersion programs, designed to inspire and educate girls in grades 3-12. Through these initiatives, Girls Who Code not only imparts technical skills but also fosters a sense of community, mentorship, and empowerment.

Our donation to the Loveland Foundation will directly contribute to the empowerment and well-being of Black women and girls, helping to build a more resilient and connected community. Additionally, our donation to Girls Who Code is an investment in the next generation of female leaders, ensuring that they have the tools and confidence to succeed in the rapidly evolving world of technology. Neither of these would be possible without your support.

As our entirely women-led team continues to pave the path forward, we couldn't be prouder of moments like these where we are able to give back to our communities.  We are so grateful to be given this opportunity, and we look forward to the future of social impact at KIN Apparel.
